weee... baru ye? nice effort sis! here's my say:

first and foremost, it's fun to shop @ RS, not only buy things and stuff, I seriously made some friends! we never meet face-to-face, but we're share the same thing and passion. It's Shopping!! :P

next, i gotta deal direct with the lovely and sweet tokey (sis Ana) for any prob, any inquiries without middle person... faster that way, even sometimes different timezone makes it difficult first time. cause when we're up and about - she's about to climb to bed... but later, just know her schedule and wait for the email reply everything went smoothly. Except of course when she's seriously busy and need to tend other matters too.. she's working like some of us. I got that ;)

3rd thing i gotta say.. wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy cheaper than other seller can offer, doesnt matter online or malaysian boutique. just cant get the price anywhere else. because all the price stated includes everything.. no hidden cost.. even if there are some items looks pricey, still shopping @ RS i can feel safe and secured. The items will be shipped directly to us. I had experience my item lost during the shipment to Msia, but later found out it was accidentally packed in other customer parcel, thanks to the loyal and honest customer of RS, she returned it back so that I can still have that item... We gotta understand, this kinda thing might happen. Thanks to Rose and Sis Ana, everybody's good with that matter. The important is the good interaction everybody in RS has shown all this time. The Towkay - The Delivery Lady - The Customer. All of them include us play their role well as far as I concern ;)
